James Fountain

James Fountain was born in Hartlepool in 1979 and is currently writing the biography of forgotten Scottish poet, playwright and BBC Newsreader Joseph Macleod. His autobiographical novel, Out of Time, was published in January 2006 by Book Guild Publishing. He has been attempting to compose poetry since the age of eight.
