Don’t Eat the Microphone
Don’t Eat the Microphone is an event designed to showcase contemporary and emerging talent among writers in Glasgow. Since early October 2006 we have spent every Wednesday night despite wind rain or hail listening to exciting new works and chatting about the world at large. The format of the night is always similar, relaxed and comfortable. We are now resident every fortnight at Tchai Ovna in the West End of Glasgow, though we shall be taking a break until early January.
We announce each week’s line up and location on the events section of Toad in Mud, and through our Mailing List.
On appropriate nights we record the proceedings and produce it into Podcasts.
